Terms of Service.

LEAD is a personalised career and professional-development platform operated by LEAD Career & Professional Development Private Limited (incorporated on 7 October 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013), offering coaching programs, career guidance, and related services to freshers, job seekers and early-career professionals.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. If you are between 16 and 18, you may use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering, applying to a program, or booking a Clarity Call.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

You retain ownership of your resume and any content you upload. By submitting it, you grant LEAD a limited licence to use it solely to evaluate your application, provide AI-assisted resume analysis and job matching where you choose to use those features, and administer your candidate account. You confirm that the information you submit is your own and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• Submitting an application does not guarantee admission to a program.
• Where a program includes placement support, LEAD provides training, guidance and active support toward employment outcomes — this is support, not a guarantee of a job offer or placement.
• Program fees, where applicable, will be clearly stated at the time you apply or enrol. No fee is charged without your explicit agreement beforehand.

Booking a Clarity Call reserves a time slot for a guidance conversation with our team. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Resume analysis and job-matching are automated tools intended to help you understand your strengths and explore relevant opportunities. They are decision-support aids, not a certification of employability or a promise of any particular outcome, and you should use your own judgement — and where relevant, a LEAD coach's guidance — alongside them.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information about yourself or your qualifications.
• Attempt to access another candidate's account or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

The LEAD name, brand, website design, and program content and materials are the property of LEAD Career & Professional Development Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission.

You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or misuses the platform, with notice where reasonably possible.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, secure and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, LEAD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do, and material changes will be communicated to registered candidates.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
